If you become a client, the signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or security addendum controls the final commitments for that engagement.

Paid engagements
Paid audit, build, training, governance, or retainer work is governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed document controls.
Third-party tools
AI employees and automations often depend on tools such as CRMs, email platforms, calendars, databases, help desks, model providers, and hosting services. Their own terms and availability also apply.
No fake proof
Epoches does not publish fabricated clients, testimonials, case studies, or unsupported ROI claims. Real proof is published only when consent and evidence exist.
Audit guarantee
The guarantee is real, but it has operating boundaries.
- The audit guarantee applies only if Epoches cannot identify meaningful automation opportunities.
- The client must provide the required workflow access, interviews, documents, tool context, and participation.
- The guarantee does not apply if scope changes mid-audit, interviews are missed, implementation budget is absent, or valid opportunities are rejected for non-operational reasons.
- The signed audit agreement or invoice controls the exact refund process, deadline, and eligibility requirements.
Commercial terms
Prices are transparent, final scope is signed.
Epoches uses fixed-price audits and builds where possible, then monthly retainers for managed AI operations. Published pricing helps qualification. The signed scope defines the actual commercial commitment.
$2,500 fixed unless a signed document states otherwise. The standard expectation is upfront payment.
Fixed-scope build pricing is based on the approved workflow, integrations, controls, and delivery timeline.
Monthly retainer work is normally billed upfront and may require a minimum commitment in the signed agreement.
New workflows, integrations, data sources, compliance requirements, or approval paths can require revised pricing and timeline.
Client responsibilities
Useful AI work needs accurate context and safe access.
- Provide accurate intake details, business context, workflow examples, constraints, and decision-maker access.
- Avoid sending passwords, API keys, tokens, private credentials, or unnecessary sensitive records through public forms.
- Review outputs before production use, especially where legal, financial, medical, hiring, safety, compliance, or customer-impacting decisions are involved.
- Maintain access to the third-party tools and accounts required for the approved workflow.
AI limitations
AI employees still need boundaries, approvals, and monitoring.
- AI systems can make mistakes, misread context, produce incomplete output, or fail when source tools and data change.
- Epoches designs for human approval, logging, evaluation, rollback, and escalation where the workflow risk requires it.
- No website page should be read as a guarantee of revenue, profit, time savings, regulatory compliance, or zero-error automation.
- High-risk decisions remain under qualified human review unless a signed scope explicitly defines a safe, compliant automation boundary.
Liability
What we are and are not responsible for.
The pages here are provided as information. We do not warrant that they are error-free or that any described outcome will apply to your business, and nothing on the site creates a contract.
Liability for paid work is set by the signed proposal or statement of work for that engagement. Where that document is silent, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid for the engagement the claim relates to.
We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from the website or from an AI system operating outside the boundaries a signed scope defined for it.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. A signed engagement document may specify a different governing law, and where it does, that document controls.
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
